For the past 9 years we have focussed on cervical cancer and pursue research both at a basic and at a translational level.Lab expertise:Tumour bank, immunhistochemistry, in situ hybridization, micro-dissection, gene expression profiling, quantitative RT-PCR, 3’-RACE, protein expression in E.coli, monoclonal antibodies, cell culture, adenovirus-mediated gene transfer, various cell culture read outs: proliferation, senescence, anchorage independence, clonal growth, invasion.
